What a creep. Is this a university Vice Chancellor? His best punishment would be to make fun of him and leave it at that. May be the humiliation and loss of face may force him to quit this nasty habit.

what a disgrace. when there is a huge debate going on whether to ban tobacco products in campuses this vice chancellor had the audacity not just to chew gutkha in full view in the campus but also justify it by saying; "Though it (Chewing gutkha) was considered injurious, I don't think it is injurious for me".

what a buffoon. shameless man.

Truly a disgrace for the University to have a person as dubious as him as the Vice-Chancellor. To be at that level demands an individual who understands education and practices it to the core. Someone who lacks sanity to not chew such things in front of students does not deserve to be a teacher and he instead needs one.
