Yes Lalu Yadav is responsible for petrol hike. I remember in the 90s when he was distributing food and blankets to beggars one beggar was asked if he knew who the man was who was distributing the goodies to the poor. The beggar promptly replied - GEORGE BUSH! At that time senior Bush was famous for leading the Iraq War I.

Lalu smiled and nodded in agreement.

No wonder he is responsible. This time for the Iraq War II. :D
