Tata must leave West Bengal at the earliest. The state is not a level playing field for industrialists. The state must be left to exploiters like Birla, Goenka and the likes of them.

i think land for land ,if it is a genuine offer ,is worth examining but the agitation must permit tata to function normally & lift the blockade unconditionally
i am sure mr tata is not convinced about the genuineness of the offer as tata motors is will take a big hit if it pulls out

The situation is different.
State government has already notified the land for acquisition and paid compensation to some farmers. About 1100 farmers have not taken compensation and are agitating under Mamta at Singur. Their land is in patches and not a chunk which can be left off. Even otherwise, once the land was notified in official gazette, the government is in no position to go back. Mamata and all agitators know it. They are creating un-necessary and unwarranted obstacles.
This is the ideal situation for Tata to leave and dump West Bengal for ever.
