My advice, go Vonage. I was supposed to get FIOS December 28, 2006. After waiting most of the day my wife and I started calling to find out why they had not arrived. After at least six calls, being hung up on by one Verizon supervisors we learned that the decision to reschedule the installation was made on December 20. No one from Verizon called to let us know. I paid $65 to be reconneced to ATT, a dependable service I have had for over 25 years. Unless you are retired, can stay at home for days on end and can put up with service being out for 30 days at a time go with someone other than Verizon.

I agree with you. I have Vonage and this is
the happiest I’ve been with a telephone
company. I had Verizon before and all I had
with them was problems. Every month I had to
tell them that I was over charged. Customer
is lowsy for you can’t get very far with them.
I’ll stick with Vonage for I love their service.
